This design centred around simplicity and a low maintenance landscape to support the busy lives of the modern family.
The front yard garden for this dual occupancy build had been divided by cypress pine posts spaced at equal distances to the size of the posts.

Starting with a blank canvas this landscape was designed to compliment the luxurious dual occupancy new build.
This project required flexibility as the client had a real flair for design and creativity so we made several variations to the landscape plan whilst on the job.
A beautiful planting design consisted of Feature maple tree’s, liriope grass plants, murraya’s, indian hawthorns, ficus creeper, lilly pilly’s and lomandra tanika.

Exposed aggregate driveways were widened to enable for the all important extra car spaces. Timber sleeper retainer walls were painted in monument to match surrounding fences and property colour schemes.

This job required some experience when doing preparation earthmoving works as it is situated on a sloping block.
The garden design utilised a large turf area with some feature silver birch tree’s scattered throughout the garden beds and into the turf to create a natural aesthetic.
This front yard property makeover in Glen Iris reconstructed the whole design.
We carefully dug out and transplanted 4 maple tree’s before clearing and levelling out the area with the excavator. To level off the front yard we built a retainer wall in front of the existing deck and finished it off with some beautiful merbau timber framing.
Eurostone concrete pavers were installed beneath the clothesline for practical reasons as it would be a high traffic area. Sir walter buffalo turf had to be used in this very shady front yard due to the large deciduous street tree’s. Garden beds were kept as tight as possible to maximise lawn area and formboss steel edging assembled to ensure a smooth and clean finish.
